KEY CONDO BLACK OUT DAYS 
 It has been the policy that the condo at Keystone has certain days when it will not be available for use by Carmelites and our family or friends. Those black-out dates remain in effect namely the week before Christmas to the week after New Year’s and again during the week preceding Easter. During those times the condo generates the majority of the income from rentals that it pays for the upkeep and management of the property. We ask the Carmelites and our guest to please respect these black-out dates.
